What is the First Responder Program? plus minus
The First Responders Program is set up to provide our frontline employees with both on & off duty custom hats.
How does the custom hat process work? plus minus
To start the process all we need is an art file of the image or logo that you would like to see on the hat. Our design team will create a concept deck for you and your team to review. Once the design is finalized, turnaround time is 45 days.
What are the custom options? plus minus
We use a 3D silicone molded patch which keeps the integrity of our premium hats while providing you the most premium design options.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order? plus minus
We can provide pictures of your completed patch to review before processing. We cannot provide a physical sample of the hat with the logo prior to ordering.
How long does it take to receive our custom hats? plus minus
