Supporting our Maui ‘Ohana
Our ‘Ohana over in Hawai’i have always been close to our hearts, so when the 2023 Maui Wildfires happened, we were absolutely gutted. The recovery and rebuilding efforts of this beautiful area will take years to complete and families are still in major need. Over the past year and a half, we’ve been giving back to organizations that we know are creating a lasting impact and helping the community get back on their feet.
We wanted to share some insight into those organizations that we’ve been partnered with along with a few others that are doing great work in helping the recovery efforts in Maui.
Maui Food Bank: Fighting Hunger, Feeding Hope
The Maui Food Bank has been a lifeline for thousands of families across the island, working tirelessly to ensure no one goes hungry. With the rising cost of living and ongoing recovery efforts from recent wildfires, the need for food assistance has never been greater.
Every year, the Maui Food Bank distributes over 8 million pounds of safe, nutritious food including 2.3 million pounds of fresh produce. Their network of community partners and volunteers helps deliver fresh produce, canned goods, and essential supplies to those in need.
Of the people served through their work, 40% are children and youth. This is all done as the only nonprofit in Maui County that collects, warehouses and distributes mass quantities of perishable and nonperishable food items.

Ama OluKai Foundation: Giving Back to Hawaiian Communities
The Ama OluKai Foundation is the charitable arm of OluKai, dedicated to preserving and celebrating the cultural heritage and Aloha spirit of Hawai’i. Currently, their efforts are focused on disaster relief in Maui to make a direct and immediate impact on those communities who were hardest hit.
For over 10 years, this nonprofit has partnered with other organizations located in Hawai’i to help preserve the land and ocean while serving the community that maintains the local traditions and culture. Currently providing balance and support in this great time of need is of the utmost importance to them.

More
We’re all about doing our homework, knowing where our donations go and ensuring we work with organizations that are focused on truly helping the community. And we encourage you all to do the same! Don’t just take our word or anyone’s word for that, find the organization that aligns with you and supports the initiative you are passionate about. We’ve been donating to the above foundations but there are more doing great work on Maui.
