melin Memorial Day Giveback

Memorial Day is a reminder that freedom is not taken lightly - it's a weekend that reminds us to thank the real people and their families that fight for our freedoms. Every year, we choose foundations we actually know, not just organizations with a good website, but ones we've witnessed up close, through the people and stories connected to our community. This year, we're proud to support three: Marine Raider Foundation, Navy SEAL Foundation, and Warrior Built Foundation.

Marine Raider Foundation

Since 2007, MARSOC has lost 48 Marine Raiders - men who answered their country's call again and again - and gave their lives in service to it. Every number has a name, a family, and a community that still feels their absence. Their stories are preserved at marineraiderfoundation.org/fallenheroes. Every year, they bring together the Gold Star families of all 48 fallen Raiders for a multi-day Resiliency & Remembrance Event - not just to grieve, but to heal, connect, and be reminded that their loss is not forgotten.

We back them because the commitment doesn't end when the mission does.

Navy Seal Foundation

The men and women of Naval Special Warfare carry weight most of us will never understand. The Navy SEAL Foundation makes sure they don't carry it alone. In their 25 years of service, they've built programs that touch every corner of the NSW community - from warriors rebuilding their health, to children finding confidence at summer camps, to Gold Star families finding healing through remembrance weekends and wellness retreats. SEALs, SWCCs, veterans, spouses, kids… no one is an afterthought.

We support them because the people answering the hardest calls deserve the strongest support when they come home.

Warrior Built Foundation

Warrior Built was started by combat veterans, for combat veterans - and everything they do reflects that. Their facility hosts a veteran support group every Wednesday night and a music therapy group every Thursday. On top of that, they field three off-road racing teams that compete throughout the year, giving vets a team to belong to and something to build toward. It's healing through action, community, and shared experience - in the garage, on the dirt, and side by side with people who've been through it too.

We're huge fans of Warrior Built because they understand that for a lot of vets, purpose is the medicine.

Remember, Honor, Support.

These aren't just words we put on a graphic once a year. They're the standard we hold ourselves to - this weekend and every week after it. Take a moment. Share these stories. And if you can, give back.

To those who served and those who sacrificed everything - thank you.
