Every great story has its mascot, and for melin, that’s the Boss Cherry. He’s the cherry on top, the final touch, the finishing detail, the piece that makes your whole fit complete. Think of him as our little reminder that it’s not just what you wear, but how you top it off that sets you apart.
Back in 2013, when melin was just getting started, the Boss Cherry was born right alongside the brand. He was created as the symbol of our philosophy - that a hat isn’t just an accessory, it’s the statement, the cherry on top of your look. From day one, he’s been part style guardian, part troublemaker and always one step ahead.
These days, you’ll find him holding it down at our Miami Customer Experience Lab… keeping watch, curating the vibe, and quietly plotting his next big move. And now, for the first time, he’s stepping out with a challenge of his own - the Boss Cherry Scavenger Hunt.
What’s His Next Move?
Turns out, the Boss Cherry has a mischievous side. This year, he’s cooked up something special - a 5-Day Boss Cherry Scavenger Hunt, running October 20th–24th. Each day, he’ll drop a clue below. Part riddle, part challenge, leading you one step closer to exclusive prizes.
The rules? Simple. Tune into this blog daily, crack the code, follow the clues, and see if you can keep up with the Boss Cherry’s game.
How it works:
The Boss Cherry has hidden himself all over melin.com, and it’s your job to find him. Here’s the play-by-play:

Each Day (Oct. 20–24): A new Boss Cherry will appear somewhere on our site - each one rocking a different color hat.

Spot Him, Screenshot Him: When you find the Boss Cherry, take a screenshot to lock in your proof.

On the Final Day (10.24) Send It In: Email ALL your screenshots to [email protected]. Be quick - only the first 20 entries win! Make sure it’s one email on Friday with all 5 Boss Cherrys.
What You’ll Win:
The Boss Cherry rewards speed and sharp eyes. The first 20 winners will score:
