Just Getting Warmed Up!
In 2020, we began experimenting with this complimentary line to the successful HYDRO Collection. Born out of our love for the backcountry and never ending our quest for adventure during the Winter, we introduced our THERMAL Collection. Initially offering a limited selection of fleece lined hats and beanies to ensure you stay warm from the slopes to the lodge, we’ve expanded every season to offer a wider variety to keep you warm in any condition.
Now, four years later, we are excited to offer the most robust lineup of cold-weather headwear options. So whether you’re reaching in the closet for a hoodie, jacket or parka, our THERMAL Collection has the perfect compliment to keep you warm on those chilly days.
Meet the 2024 THERMAL Collection
THERMAL Wax’d Collection:
The original water-resistant material. We crafted our THERMAL Wax’d Collection with the world’s most premium waxed cotton canvas from Halley Stevensons, the oldest supplier in the UK. Paired with a warming Brushed Flannel Lining and accented with Nappa Leather strapback and trims, these hats are the perfect combination of proven workwear functionality and understated street style.
THERMAL Infinite Collection:
When it’s time to layer up, don’t forget your head. The THERMAL Infinite Collection offers your favorite shapes with a warm and cozy Microfleece Lining and our water and snow repellent Infinite fabric allowing you to stay out longer in the cold. Featuring our Dri-Blaze Sweatband that uses proprietary fabric designed to retain heat and simultaneously provide a natural antimicrobial property.
All Day Beanie:
All day warmth and next level comfort come standard on the THERMAL All Day Beanie. With details and craftsmanship that set a new standard for beanies, the Cashmere Blend exterior and Chenille Lining will make you forget when the weather outside is extremely cold.
Destination Beanie:
The THERMAL Destination Beanie is engineered to keep your head toasty in any frigid climate your Winter adventures take you. Featuring an exterior crafted from an Alpaca and Merino Wool blend to endure any form of snow or water you encounter and lined with a super soft, antimicrobial and moisture-wicking Merino Jersey Lining for an insanely comfortable fit. Feels like a cloud yet surprisingly rugged.
Journey Beanie:
The THERMAL Journey Beanie was built with a durable and technical material recipe, buttery soft Fleece Lining, Rebound Shape Recovery technology, and a “two-look” design concept with custom woven front label and minimal rear clip label.
THERMAL Scout Collection:
The THERMAL Scout Collection is one of our most advanced products. Engineered with Climate Adapt Technology allowing the fibers of the crown to either contract or expand depending on your body temperature making sure you stay warm without overheating. Finished with a hand-oiled Nappa Leather visor and strapback and exterior Merino Wool designed to prevent absorption of rain and snow melt. THERMAL Aviator Collection:
The ultimate in cold weather protection, THERMAL Aviator. Offering the most coverage and a thick Sherpa Lining to ensure you stay warm and cozy in the coldest conditions. Crafted with our water-resistant Infinite fabric to repel rain, snow and any form of water you may encounter. One size fits most with our Adjustable Cinch Closure.
THERMAL Lumberjack Collection:
