Shipping & Returns


We work to process your order within 1 business day. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse in San Diego, CA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holiday. 

Free shipping is available on orders over $99 shipping to a U.S. address only. You must select this option at checkout. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    U.S. Returns & Exchanges

    We offer free 30-day returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders from Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

    We offer three options for returns and exchanges.

    1. Exchange for another color or size
    2. Return for an eGift Card
    3. Return for a refund back to the original payment method.  If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please select an eGift Card as your refund option instead.

    If you would like to exchange for a different product, you can return your item for an eGift Card to purchase another item on our website. We will begin processing your new order or email your eGift Card as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of arrival, and an email confirmation will be sentShipping charges are not refundable.

    International Orders

    We currently offer two international shipping to Canada and Australia. International 'Economy' Delivery ranges between 10-15 days and International 'Express' Delivery ranges between 2-5 days. Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout. All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
